Hello,
I have own speedchicagodating.com and speeddcdating.com in godaddy expired domain auction.
Now previous owner ( operator of www-speedladating-com , speedchicago-com and other sites) claiming the domains and emailing me and my hosting provider telling
"the name of your domain is a copyright violation with regards to my company name; SpeedChicago Dating. I have owned and operated SpeedChicago Dating for the past 7 years and continue to do so and own the IP rights to it".
She registered speedchicago-com instead and uploaded old site.
Let me tell what I should do?
