Wiki domains: yay or nay?

Just wondering what people think of wiki related domains (eg computerwiki.com or fashionwiki.com) - have they got any value in the market currently? Are they worth buying?

I believe that niche wikis might have some value, but mostly if developed.
I own WIKICADE, but I doubt it will have much value if undeveloped.
