By the way is Nintendo likely to make a grab for wii domains registered by individuals? And if they wish to grab any Wii domains that you or me have registered do we have a leg to stand on or would we be forced to hand them over to Nintendo? And does that mean that they could in fact claim any registered domain that has "Wii" in it?

And I have no idea if they will go after any of us. There are a TON of wii names we've registered so I think it would take them years. They may leave some and go after the more premium ones if they are making any money like adsense etc.

I've been wanting to say that for a while now. Thanks for being politically incorrect for me.

Wii is TMed so they can go after (and most likely get) any wii domain they want (unless it was registered prior to their TM).
