Wii - Is a legal issue?

Wii + a word .coms

Is that a legal issue.

Together they do not form any product name. But Wii is there in the name.

Will that be a trademark or anykind of issue if I sale them?
They are not parked yet, so no earnings from them yet.

I saw people selling Wii names. Even right now some are there for sale on NP.

How to get rid of them. Cancel these names?

This is 100% a trademark issue. wii is a registered trademark as mentioned previously.

This does not immediately mean you will have issues. It depends on what you intend to use it for.

Regged them when I was not a domainer.
THought that i would sell them after some time.

All of the responses so far are correct if you are going by the book, but each is wrong in the real world.

If you developed the domain into a fan site (even one being monetized though ads) I would be blown away if Nintendo (or any video game company) had a problem with it. The video game industry is very accepting of these sites.
