Hi @Bravo Mod Team ,

Could you please explain why my post of earlier today was deleted? Don't "thank you for understanding" me, because, honestly, I don't.

"Cleaning up the thread"?! It was a polite, friendly reply to another post. As always, respectful to absolutely everyone. Apparently, you also deleted the post I was responding to, for which I don't understand the reason, either.

Meanwhile, provocateurs enjoy total freedom to keep posting in a showcase thread of an extension they clearly neither like nor believe in, with the sole purpose of triggering the very insults @forge and I were respectfully pointing out as offensive.

I try to abide by the forum rules, and also, on principle, try to be kind to everyone. Here and everywhere. Yet, this is not the first time a post of mine is deleted for unclear (to me, at least) reasons.

This is the first time, though, that I speak up. Please excuse my mistakes, English is NOT my first language.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Something doesn't sound right here; why mix?
When a post is deleted, its text often remains visible if other users have quoted it in their replies. Furthermore, a single off-topic comment frequently triggers a chain of off-topic replies, resulting in a larger part of the thread being removed.

I understand that, thanks. Nevertheless, if the aim was clarity, there's no way that placing everything together on a new thread accomplishes that.

Anyway, there's life outside @NamePros , believe it or not. Right now it is anything but easy, but it's a precious gift one must not waste. So good night to all, tomorrow will be a clearer day!

Still, I would appreciate your light on whether it's fair to tolerate constant provocation that tends to hijack the showcase object of a thread. I strongly adhere to freedom of expression, and, personally, provocation doesn't bother me much. But, again, is it fair?

One thing I am sure of: it's not professional.
Repeat offenders should be restricted if it happens again after the initial warning/cleanup. If that doesn't happen, please report it to us in the Managers section.
