unless they are followed by 3 more chinese chip letters.. but that's a whole different ballpark and 4l.com chips no matter how they start are always more valuable than non chips

Only if they're chips then they have a little more value than your average chips. I've sold some in the past with W in the beginning or end of a LLLL for like a $100 more. So W with a chip is actually a good thing; W usually stands for "network".
