So I am transferring domains out of LCN to Epik. Sure. you can download your Excel Sheet for your domains with auth codes but what's the point when you have to manually unlock each domain one by on which takes 2-5 steps.

1. If domain is expired you have to conver a link like below:
https://www.lcn.com/my_account/renewals?domain_id=xxxxxxx
into something like below:
https://www.lcn.com/my_account/domains/

Which is ok if you are just transferring one of two domains but in bulk? you would have to copy paste one by one and replace https://www.lcn.com/my_account/renewals?domain_id= with https://www.lcn.com/my_account/domains/

2. Then you have to click "Transfer Away".
3. Then the "Wait before you go" page where you click whatever.
4. Then "Just One More thing" where you simple click "Continue with Transfer"
5. Then next page at bottom click the button " which finally gives you the auth codes but only THEN is the domain unlocked. AND even THEN you still have to wait for it to buffer and fetch the auth code.

If we can already get the auth codes, then why can't we just send them a list of domains to unlock at the very least? We could then just copy and paste our domains we want to transfer to @epik and since they are all unlocked transfers go thru.

You tell me domainer buddies. What does this process above look like? I don't like to accuse any company of trying to make it as difficult as possible to transfer out a domain but this sure looks like it.

This company already got me GOOD when they deleted a bunch of valuable domains because I did not verify my email.

Most companies simply send you an email saying if your info is correct no need to reply and none of your domains are at risk.

Lost a bunch of domains where I wasn't even informed they were deleted from my account.

But let's stick to the question at hand.

I hope @LCN is here to answer this.

Every Registrar has this BASIC function where users can unlock domains globally in bulk on their own with no need for even support to intervene. But even then if this option is not available the very least the registrar should have a Master console to allow them to easily unlock domains given to them in a list.

From what I was told. LCN's only option is to do exactly what I said above on their end.

And of course I'm told they did not have the resources to do this above.

And I agree. So why not create a simple solution and allow domains to be unlocked in bulk by users? or at least their Admins?

@Avtar629 I am sorry the process on the losing end is a pain. If you need assistance with getting the domains unlocked and requesting the auth codes - please message me directly and I can connect you with an Epik rep that can assist you with the process. My direct email is [email protected]. Look forward to hearing from you!
