.tv Why don't we see to many .tv domains sold?

i have been looking at dnjournal.com (which is great) for a few years or 18 months or so, and you rarely see a .TV sale! there have been a couple of recent ones as you know, but compared to other extensions the .tv sales are very few.

is it because people are sitting on them untill they become more accepted in mainstream media or something else?

Most deals are done privately they are not being bought by domainers rather end users usually big end users.
