Why Does It Take Enom So Long To Respond To An Email?

I have been trying to get a reply from enom for an email and it's over 24hours with no reply from them. They don't even have a live chat feature on their platform in this day and age.

Please what's the fastest way to get a reply from Enom?

Use their support system. I usually get a reply within 24hrs. It might actually be shorter than that, because I might have been sleeping, when they replied. It's really the only method of getting decent support from them.

Thanks, I did get a reply just once after complaining on twitter. I asked another question and no reply for more than 24 hours now. It seems they don't reply more than once. This is where Godaddy is a better company.

GoDaddy support is awful. You get canned responses over and over again which don't answer the original question.

The largest domain registrars are prone to this (slow responses), likely due to the volume of support requests they get (or their own costs, which translates to a limited support center/staff).

For every customer that gets a speedy reply from one of them, it seems like there are dozens more who are frustrated.

Best to call (and go through the process and waits) if it's an urgent issue. I once did this and called GoDaddy support, and ultimately was happy with the results, but only after I went through the long process.

NetSol must have the busiest support. I extrapolated from the number of new support tickets between 2 of my tickets opened, that they must have about 400k tickets per day. It's no wonder their responses take about 3 or 4 replies (which can be over a week) before you get any kind of answer to your original question.

Expecting an immediate email reply from Enom will most likely frustrate you. Have to bear with patience. It will come... but not so soon. If you wish to have an immediate answer, call them.

You need to use their support system. eMails won't cut it.

Didn't GoDaddy drop email support whatsoever recently? Can't imagine slow email answers are better than no email answers ;)

Yes they did. It was a huge inconvenience dropping email support, if you ask me. Now you have to use live chat, facebook and twitter to get the same crappy support. I'm not sure if they train their support staff to be morons, or by nature all first level support staff are morons. I could understand the immediacy of these platforms, if they actually produced quality answers to the actual questions asked. But without that, I would prefer a ticket system, like eNom's where you can follow the entire conversation (unlike NetSol's). Of the three registrars I've mentioned, I prefer eNom's support, hands down better. But you must use their support system. Emails are not going to work.
