Why are rep points no longer affected by TR

Before every time you got 1 TR point, you got 10 more rep points (which explains why the people with like 100 TR have the most green boxes). Now it's not affected by TR but only by people giving you positive rep.

I think you're wrong... the rep is based on number of posts, not number of TR

Nope lol. Green boxes are based on how many rep points you have not posts. So if someone gives you positive Rep as Majin said, your overall rep is increased. at 100 rep points you get the 2nd green box, at 200 the 3rd, etc. Proof: Majin has more posts than you but you have more green boxes

Before, getting 1 positive TR added 10 rep points which is how so many people have like 6-8 green boxes. It would take a very long time to get that by people just clicking on the positive rep button.

Now, you can only get points by people clicking positive rep.

Well what I meant was that we already know the green boxes increase if someone clicks the rep icon. BUT, it will also AUTOMATICALLY increase, if you have a lot of posts.

I didn't get much rep in a while, but even then every 500 posts it increases.

Hope you're having a nice 4th. I had started a thread regarding it a few weeks ago and here's the reply that RJ made concerning them not increasing:

Since I upgraded the trader rating system, this feature to increase reputation was lost. I will have to re-add it and retroactively award the reputation when I do.

Hope that clears it up for you.

I believe RJ posted before, since he updated the TR system, TRs dont effect rep points. I believe he said he was going to fix it
