Reputation colors?

Hey all,

I've noticed in the reputation section of my User CP that you can get grey and green reputation points...

Im just wandering what the grey is? Ive gotten greens before which add to my reputation points, but grey just does nothing at all.

Seeing as there is only 2 options when giving rep "agree"/"disagree" that must mean that a grey colored one is a disagree?

But i've gotten tonnes of rep from people saying thankyou for your help and everything but only a grey reputation block.

Gray should mean the person left you a positive rep, but is a relatively new member with few posts or reputation points themselves. Assuming they stick around and acheive some level of reputation, their feedback will eventually be green and count towards your point numbers.
