discuss Why Afternic still don't send me the payment

the transfer already completed,and i got the email that i will get the payment within 3 day,but now more than a week,they still don't send me the payment.
when i contact them,they say"working now".
so i want to ask that how long we can get the payment from afternic,are they alway late for payment?thanks!

Any update on this? Have you been paid yet? I'm still waiting on payment after a successful transfer from the 19th of March.
