I made a sale of a Domain on the 1st October and my dashboard says payment expected to complete on 5th October. I sent several emails to afternic re this but I'm yet to receive my payment in my bank account. Once they replied that they are having issues with echeque and have now sent.
Now to my shock I again got this email saying payment of USD XXX got rejected and this amount shows $30 less than what I was to receive(did they deduct $30 for payment not going in first attempt?)
This is the email I got today:
"We have tried to process your payment of USD XXX to you, but it failed.
The payment failed for the following reason: Make sure all provided parameters are valid, including: Bank code, Branch code and Account number."
FYI, let me tell you I have the payment setup for a long time now and have received payments from Afternic several times before too, still this time it keeps getting rejected. I tried to update the payment method again with the same details few days back, but again it seems to be getting rejected. Can anyone pls Let me know where exactly the problem is? I am still awaiting their reply to my last email.
