It may seem like a 'newbie' thread, but I certainly found it interesting how far ahead those on the forum have their domains registered until.

I would personally like to know what is your oldest domain and the date in which it was registered!

I'll start:

It's funny, purchased from 2 different people, I have DrPoker.com registered back in 1/8/2000, and Icia.com registered back in 1/12/2000. I think those are my oldest names, though I swear I have at least one from back in '99. Not going to check through a thousand domains to find out though.

I've owned cyclepromo com since Oct 98. Used it for my own business over the years. Pumped a few bucks Network Solutions way over the earlier years. Now I know better!!!

Wow, I didn't realise that '98 is quite an old domain! Obviously not that old in comparison to the oldest domain EVER, but amongst you guys 95-98 is quite old for a domain!

Just think what kind of domains could be hand regged back then! :tu:

I've been on the net since 95-96, but didn't really know about domain names and such... I just kind of wandered around using Lynx trying to find something cool. Damn shame looking back, I coulda been rich

Got a lot from 1995, some are actually decent names (A lot are worthless acronyms - mind you, they all of a sudden are worthfull (heh) when someone makes an offer ). One example: InnovLink.com

(registry data is apparently updated, since last time i cheched it was 01-Jan-1985)...

Anyhow, i dont have that "old" domains
