Just sold BullionBlocks.com for $8,000.

26,600% Profit!

Beat that S&P! and NASDAQ!

Registered 2016-12-09 less than 4 years.

3 years of renewals = $30

I still have similar domains that this company might need. PM me if interested.

The company is BullionBlock which makes sense them buying BullionBlocks.com.

They are a cryptocurrency company.

They do not own BullionBlock.com. I'll assume the owner of that domain is in for a nice payday someday. Congrats to them.

The term "Bullion Block" has been around since before cryptocurrency.

Offer began at $500 then $3,000 and finally $8,000.

My asking was $10,000. I think the final sold price was a fair price given the comps.

Could I have gotten more? Give your answer in the comments.

What does this sale mean?

With all my sales like below. It indicates that I own domains people want and will pay good money for (above $1000) So...............logic dictates that if I have domains people are willing to pay ABOVE $1,000 then surely at my upcoming auctions a bid of $5 to $69 to $99 or even $250 is a GOOD IDEA.

CoinMena.com $25,000
PaladineDrones.com $8,000
WhoaTime.com $5,000
FleetBeacon.com $800 (Could have gotten way more. I was an idiot. FleetBeacons.com I still own. want it?)
360Sand.com $8,000

I have a ton of exact match domain names like below. (Domains modified for good reason)

They seem to have missed a couple if they plan to target "Asia" and "Europe". They have corporate offices in Hong Kong, UK, Australia, and US.

I wish you all the best of luck in your own dealings. May you and your family and friends stay safe and healthy during coronavirus.

PM me and questions. Thanks.

Great sale but before you put this out here ,donโ€™t leave anything on the table ,there 2 I just picked up never regged b4 and maybe as good

it's ok. If I missed it and you got it. Congrats and good luck. I'm not greedy. Plenty of opportunity out there. That's the point of posting this thread to give my fellow Namepros domainers a chance to find gems on their own.

never let it be said I'm not here to help others.

Good luck.

Too much listening to Nas rapping will do that to you...

Met him once. I was with my little nephew who really really wanted to meet him and get his autograph. I was nice and polite. went up to him with this kid looking at his idol all wide eyed. Told him this was his #1 fan in the whole world and then he told me "F*ck outta here Chink".

Total A**hole.

in the movie Roxanne Roxanne Nas couldn't beat the best girl rapper of all time Roxanne Shante.

Nas was Roxanne's little B*tch*ss.

"Roxanne Roxanne I wanna be yo man!"

Time to kick it OLD SKOOL! lol Hit it! Mic Check 1,2. 1,2!

YUP! That just happened! Mic Drop! Peace ma N.......... Nope! not gonna happen it's 2020 and that would be Murda if I finish that. WORD is Born!

lol :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

Congrats on the sale @WhoaDomain.com - nice to see a hand-reg end up this high after just a few years.(y) Also nice to provide more detail than normal on your thinking and the niche.

I was about to point out you can't meaningfully calculate a ROI by cherry picking a single sale, but @Recons.Com has already pointed that our.
ROI is the portfolio-wide exercise.

Congrats again, and thanks for sharing.

Thanks Bob.

Now I remember.

Mike Mann is someone I am connected with on Linkedin so by default I'm one of his followers.

he always gives percentages for the profit for his domains that he sells consistently for $10,000 and up.

He always does the math for Bought for $170 (2010) and then the sold price of say $17,000 and does the percentage of 1000 percent!

And you can all imagine what his portfolio overhead is. So I doubt he factored in his portfolio overhead expense or did he?

This is why I did not think twice doing what I did and also well he's the "expert".

Congrats!

How many hang reg you have?

First sale like this?

no it's not my first sale. I've sold many handregs as I have mostly only handreg and don't buy much in the aftermarket unless it's a steal or is doable. I've already mentioned my past sales (That I can remember.)

You will have individual roi on each domain sale, but the overall roi of the portfolio is what really counts....
