.ooo doesn't seem to make much sense, not sure why someone would spend the bucks to develop that extension, unless they were limited on money and figured there would be no competition for the rights. .xyz is not much better, imo, but the sheer volume of registrations that were handed out might result in a fair amount of renewals over the next 2-3 years. JMO, but xyz is likely to make it as a spammer's paradise, cheap, throwaway domains.
