Which names to develop 1st to get to $1+ per day???

I am trying to pick 50-100 names in my portfolio to start developing into mini-sites. My goal is to try to make $1 (hopefully more!) per day with each mini-site.

With a large portfolio of names - how would you decide which names to develop 1st? Which metrics are most important to you?

Obviously, parking stats would come into play, ppc $ amount, as well as other metrics - but how about extensions, etc?

Would you choose a great keyword in a non .com (say .info, .org, .tv) over a so-so keyword in a .com???

Any tips you could provide would be much appreciated!

If you're going to rely on mostly search engine traffic the extensions does not matter that much but if your going to be paying for traffic (like adwords) people seem to trust the .com extension more.

If you going for search engine traffic older domains seem to rank better in search results. Like if you have a domain that you have had registered 2,3,4 years, the longer the better.

My experience is having a great keyword in .org can get you up there in the google rankings. I think alot of people overlook this fact. Often the .com and .net of the keyword aren't developed and so you can come in with the .org and get your top spot.

The key is good original content if you want longevity. So look for keywords you know things about.

I am not going to be paying for traffic to my site - so it sound like the better keywords in non .com might be a better place to begin?

I have heard arguments for and against this... overall though - a lot of people seem to think it's better to focus on .com b/c natural, organic rankings would theoretically be easier to achieve on the .com than they would be with a .info or .tv.

Anyone else have anything to add?

develop the names that have topics you are interested in! it makes it so much easier the is site usually more interesting and usually with better info i know credit and mortgage ads pay good but i be so bored doing the site id probably never update it, now if it was a site on the ufc or mma i could add pages and pages of good content

develop first those with traffic already so you only need to provide the content. high ppc amount is needed to. if development comes to mind, then it's good to develop those in the major tld's .com/.net/.info/.biz
