I'm looking for idead about how can I develop dailyweather.co.uk

I'm not looking for a big site.. Im more interested in a mini site with daily weather updates in u.k.

I would like some help about what cms/blog to use? templates? widgets? weather source? etc..

get the feeds from Weather.com.You can search for a script that handles them, there are a few dozen
