Namebright prefunded is the cheapest I found. average $8.3 per name including credit card processing fees.

Namesilo prefunded is $8.89, you can get $8.79 if you have 100+ names there, or $8.69 if you have 500+ domains.

Dynadot is also good. If you pre-fund your account with $500, you can get $8.75 per domain.

If you do not care of the registry, just wait for some $1 sales, they always happen at the right time.

Godaddy is $8.47 per domain if you register 101 or more domains in bulk (and you don't need to have the Godaddy discount domain club for that). So that's cheap.

The cheapest registrar to register .coms is namebright imo. It's $8.53 per .com domain (and you don't need to buy in bulk) and if you pre-fund your account you can even get .coms at $8.03 per domain there (ICANN fee is included in the price).

I have Regd. around 150 domains 1 year back @ WWD reseller. But currently there is no promo for $5 Registration.

Namebright is my favorite registrar and always provides cheapest price $8.03.

If you are not in urge you can wait and use domain.com promotion for .com @ $1.99 (You can get further 20% discount and it will be $1.59)
