I can't help with who you find, but I just wanted to warn you to search for info on any potential registrar that you are looking to use (before you buy). Some are great. Some are very shady. The NamePros community is good with giving their thoughts on it. Simply use the search function and you should find info.

As someone above said, be wary of shady registrars...they hook you with a cheap register fee and then charge ridiculous renewal fees and/or charge you for every change (dns, contact, etc) you make.

Go with a tried and true registrar...I prefer Epik as they are honest, helpful and inexpensive (as low as 8.10) with FREE privacy included.

Why don't you signup as a reseller with enom or resellerclub, you will get your names cheaper as a reseller.

I too don't know where is limit, but there system is drunk. I have tried many time to register my 4th domain with them but they are not giving me $3.99 price.
