Which of these options work best and gives more sales Conversions (here we are using the Dan landers)

1. If we are putting a BIN with Lease to own : that means we are predeciding the price of the domain and say if we price high some lower Budget customers might be taken off the chance to buy the domain

2. If we put BIN & Make offer : here what should be the Make offer min % be of BIN price

3. Only Make offer : we might get only low ball offers this way and also lose out on Impulse BIN buys

What should the stategy be for Exact match Doamins(Which have Good Exact match Searchs) and brandables (which dont have traffic or 2 or 3 fig Exact match type in searches)

so Guys what options do you use , whats working for you ,which one is the Best, Pls discuss

the points you've mentioned...have already been mentioned - even in light of lto/bin/make offer etc.

it all boils down to " the actual domains in question", because some names must have "make offer" and some can be bin priced.
saying the names are exact match, doesn't mean anything,
because only real visitors have meaning.

lease to own is not new, but new to some because dan added it, but now afternic has it too,
so now dan becomes less of the alternative, than it was before.
you can bin price and opt/in lease to own for each name, but if price is low, then does it make cents to give that lease option?

and... since afternic gets more typein visitors than dan does, the logical move would be to do, what?

just saying...

So if a Domain has Traffic "make offer" is a good option ? and how to know if a Domain has real Traffic ?
