Hi
I bought some 6 expired domains with alexa rank and backlinks.

Can you people suggest me some good domain parking company?

Thank You

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
GoDaddyGoDaddy
There are many out there :
Sedo
Afternic
Voodoo ( I haven't used them but people say are very good )
Bodis ( I haven't used them either but pros say it's good for newbies )
and the elite of parking
DNS ( aka Domain Name Sales ) but with them you need to submit your names and they will approve them or not.

Since I'm also fairly new to this, I'd suggest ParkingCrew or Bodis

PC's interface has helped me a lot on how to monitor a domain's keywords, referrals etc. and, at least for my domains, I have great earnings.

Their min. payout is $20 in earnings / month

If you're not sure how much your domains will earn then you could go with Bodis since they pay as soon as you earn your first cent :) (again once a month) .
Only downside is that generally the pay less than other parking services... but it's important to know that everyone's domains behave different on each company, you might get better earnings there than anywhere else.

All you need is time and patience to experiment

EDIT: Photon, I just saw your post.... SEDO and afternic are definitely *not* for any serious parking. I generally agree with you but on this, unfortunately, I'll say no.

Thanks for " normally agreeing with me " !!!!!
Anyway. If the OP has never parked and it has only a bunch of domains having a platform like sedo and afternic could also help with sales. I have never parked with afternic but even though I wasn't very happy with sedo ( I am now with dns ) we have to admit that you have a lot of info and stats about your names. That doesn't happen with DNS for example where you don't have control on your keywords, you don't see where your traffic is from, the marketplaces etc. So for someone who wants to experiment a bit and understand how all this thing works sedo can be a starting point; certainly not an arriving one.
As i said I don't know about Bodis or Voodoo but I heard good things about them.
A lot of pros here are happy with the Afternic parking service as well...

I can't speak about DNS since I haven't used them but I have indeed used all the rest with domains that have pretty good traffic (at least for a newbie).
I can safely say that *if we're talking about parking revenue*, sedo and afternic are close to the bottom of the list.

Since I don't want to hijack the thread with a dialogue between us two, it's better for others also to share their opinions on this :)

I Would seriously recommend ParkingCrew.
If you are interested in generating revenue through parking then PC is the best. I havent used Voodoo or DNS.
But i have bad experience as a newbie with SEDO, NameDrive, RookMedia and Bodis.
My revenue increased when i started using PC. I would also recommend DomainSponsor too but DS takes time to approve your account.

Six domains are enough to apply for PC or Voodoo?

Interesting article Zaki but what about DNS?

Hi
Yes, As i said main focus was new domainers, and chances to get a approval from DNS is very less for new domainers.

so DNS was not included

Also DNS does not need any testimonials from anyone.
they are the best and I have not even seen any negative mark about them from Domainers community .

Good names! A medium - large portfolio of good names.

Also I think there is a post now going around NP about how worse just got Bodis...you might want to read it.

There is a confusion about Bodis. People seem to think that the earnings now are bottom-low compared to other parking services, which in reality is not necessarily true.

What happened with Bodis is that it used to give good earnings for traffic that no other parking service gave anything.
For example, I used to get 10c / click with Bodis for traffic coming from Romania. Same domain earned less than 1c / click on any other parking service I tried to park it on. That, of course, made me happy because I could spread my domains on various services thus gaining the most out of it.

After the 15th of Dec, Bodis switched to the same revenue system that all the other services used. So, anyone of us that had domains that earned good revenue *only* with Bodis , ended up getting (based on the previous example) less than 1c / click per domain.

That also made Bodis useless to us since we already got that kind of revenue (even better most of the time) from other services.

I personally lost more than $200 of potential income just from one domain because of this change.

I hope this clears it up

It is important to note that *not all domains behave the same on every parking company* which means that my domains may get good revenue in ,let's say, ParkingCrew and another's domains would get awful revenue on the same parking company but excellent revenue with Bodis...

There's no way to say unless people experiment themselves

I would start with ParkingCrew and Voodoo. You need some control and I think these two companies offer the best interface and revenue.
