I have a new website and I want to know if you have a preferred resource that you use to submit yours to search engines.

Well, if you are willing to pay, I think it is $299/year then Yahoo directory is worth considering. We get traffic through them so it seems to be a decent investment.

Don't look for site submission services, the best way to get indexed is to get other sites to link directly to you, preferably linking to your site without a reciprocal link. The spiders only need one link from another site to find you.

no need, join and post your domain / site here www.1plus.net for free, site will be indexed within hours ... Best thing, you can upload in bulk as many domains c/w keywords as you want...

Amen. It's all about links. Submission, as far as I'm concerned, is a waste of time.

i use "submitexpress" it submits site into multiple search engines and cool too
