Where to research the sale history of similar domains or keywords?

As you can tell I am def a newbie. Gotta start somewhere. I need your help please.

Example: say I own dentistaustin.com and I want to research what other similar domains have sold for.... like dentistcleveland.com and dentistinnc.com etc.

Can you tell me please if there is a searchable website that keeps a record of all sales.

Would be great if was searchable on related keywords. So if i was thinking about buying gardensheds.com I could type "garden sheds" or
just "sheds" and get a list to compare with.

First off welcome to namepros you'll find a truly huge amount of information that should be able to help you with almost any question. I know of 3 places that list sales and 2 of which are searchable etc.

1. namebio.com
2. dnsaleprice.com
3. dnjournal.com

These are the only 3 that I use currently there may be more places out there. This should at least get you some comparisons to domains your looking into etc.
