I like to put a few basic pages on some of my domains, and this gives me a chance to evaluate the traffic.

For some time I've been thinking about the best way to add a domain name for sale banner or button to the pages. The things I've been considering are.

- An emboldened text string across the top of the page, and I think this might be the favourite at the moment.
- A contrasting thin strip containing a text string across the top, or elsewhere on the page.
- A domain for sale button
- A block of text extolling the value of the name in a prominent position on the page.

What works for you? and, is there a better option that I've missed?

Some marquee and blinking text would do the trick ;)

How about a big flashing ad that scrolls down and makes sure the user has to click the x before it goes away

Seriously though.... remember these.... I loved them.....

Instead of a box put the 4 ads side by side (I could not find a banner example)
