Where can I delete a domain ?

My current registrar (domainsite) don't allow me to delete a domain.
So, i need to transfer it to another registar (and pay 1 more year...) that allow it and then delete it.

Where can i transfer this domain for the lowest price ?
I just need the "delete" service.

If you ask me why i wish to delete, it's because of a TM issue.
If i keep the domain i will get in trouble, if i sell it too,
but not if i release it.

They have deleted one for me in a trademark dispute. Did you explain the situation to them?

what you could do is redirect it to the company (who has the TM)
and let it expire. (send a mail to the company that you are willing to give it
to them)

I don't see any trouble you will have if you contact the company to give them the domain. If there's no reply just let it expire. Why do you bother paying for the transfer fee and delete it. Confused.

I agree, Offer it to them, if not, Leave it to expire.

Registrars can delete domain names at their discretion. You'd better persist or
transfer it to the TM holder if need be.

I wonder why did domainsite tell you otherwise...
