With 3D getting ready to be the next big thing when will there be a 3d domain auction on Sedo, Snap Names, Rick Latona.Any Thoughts?

i think if any of the above auction platforms smell a buck there will be , having said that i don't think it will be soon though

Also, the fact that so many "pumpers" paid reg fee created a market.

The only real market right now is pumpers buying from registrars. So yes, they created a market..... for GoDaddy.

A 'market' of little fish, pumping away, often attracts bigger fish, who, in this case, are OEMs, major studio creatives, "the networks", "new media", electronic retailers, etc..

3D domainers can pump as hard as they want. If these domains are going to be worth anything, it won't be because of anything any domainer did.

3DFad domains... Isn't this what Bido is for?

I was hoping they'd have one as well. Maybe if we all get together and list our 3d Domains in Bido on the same day?? That would probably get the attention of prospective 3d buyers.

There are no "3D Buyers".
Just "3d Domainers".

"3D" related auctions @ recent SEDO GD auction -

Neither one met the reserve. I am not sure that says much about the value of others in the current market.

There will never be a "3D" only auction. The market will never demand it.
