When did NP$ change from whole numbers?

Since when are NP$ no longer in whole numbers?? I just noticed that they are carried out to the .00 now!! Did I miss the memo?!

How does one get a fraction of an NP$?

I somehow have 183.62 NP$...Not really sure how that happened...

hmm if im not mistaken i know u can get half a NP$ from the click-on-link-for-20-second-thing, but as for weird numbers (like 62) i have no clue. id like to know too...

I think it probably got changed when the NP clicks program was instituted as you could end up earning like .65 NP $ for visiting a site. Even though that is just domain credit, when you go to buy a domain, the domain credit is used up first then your NP $, leaving you with like $x.35 NP $...
