How do you surf NamePros?

About 99% of the time I click on NEW POSTS to start my NP reading. I like to catch up on what I have been missing when not online.

It does have its drawbacks though. The "stickies" don't show up on NEW POSTS and there are some forums that don't show up also. I can't understand why New Threads in NamePro $ Auctions don't appear when you click on NEW POSTS. I started an auction there recently and when I clicked on NEW POSTS it did not show. Why is this? It certainly eliminates any "tire kickers/potential buyers".

Anyway...to get back to my original Thread Topic: How do you surf NamePros? Are you a Specific Thread Type Of Person or a New Post Type Of Person or do you just click on your own threads or follow email prompts, etc, etc, etc?

Looking forward to reading your input.

* I must mention that I started a poll concerning this very subject a couple of years ago but there are a lot of new members since than.

Thanks for contributing,
ST

I acually go to the "whos is online" first and check out what you "Big Shooters" are looking at... ;)
Then I check my subscribed threads, then my section, then to "New Posts".

Good question! Thanks Scott.

Peace, Cy

I usually go into my profile and see if I've had any replies to a thread topic that I have started.

Then I go into the various forums, then I go to my CP.

:)

Then I do it all over again... LOL

i click the "new posts" button just as u. then check my emails and click on those email notifications that i have recieved.

but this has a problem, if i am away for 15 minutes from namepros then the search results are deleted and all the threads are marked as read. that means, clicking "new posts" again will only get u few topics on which there have been replies in the past 15 minutes

I first check my subscribed threads/forums... you know, I've subscribed to them for a reason. ;)

Then I just browse the new posts.

I usually hit a number of forums either at one time or several (read: many) times a day so I usually go right for my CP first to check replies, etc. then if I have time will browse a bit..

Mostly from usercp is some thread needs a follow up reply.

When there are none then I check the sections I love the most ;) Where there is always something to say.

When I come on Namepros, it's the "New Posts" I click first,
catch up on what I've missed, then subscribed threads <--which I
just started using, I used to just go to "Find more posts"

Judging by the amount of NP you have,
you've done a lot of clicking

I usually scheme through the different boards & categories. If I find a title that catches my eye I'll read the thread.
