Members without Paypal selling $NP??

Excuse me for sounding angry but I have for the last time tried purchasing $NP at the exchange from members whose Paypal account does not accept payment because they are in countries that paypal does not accept payments.

I find it very difficult to believe that someone would not know that their account does not accept payment and would expect they would be advised by Paypal when signing up.
If this is the case I can assume anyone trying to sell NP$ under these circumstances is a scammer.

I have in the past dealt with members of low trader ratings with the belief that everyone needs to start somewhere but will no longer. I have also sent nice replies to people explaining why I could not transfer funds to their account only to be made to feel responsible, because they are now unable to make payment for some other transaction they are involved in.

If paypal doesn't allow payment to your country please do not ask me to give you an explanation why Paypal does not allow funds to your account, but maybe now I am able to see why.

Please:If you offer $NP on the exchange make sure your paypal account can accept the transfer!!

Again, excuse my bluntness but this sillyness is just a waste of time for everyone.

Agreed. I've tried dealing in 3 transactions with people in the last couple of days to try and buy NP$ and all but one is in the situation which you described.

Maybe it needs to be clearer that Paypal is the ONLY option available for the NP$ exchange?

I think that would help. I doubt many people scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Perhaps you could put it in under the ">> Post your NP$ for sale"?
