Hi pros, i would like to know how long would you wait before lowering the price of your domain name, and by how many percent?

In the age of asset price inflation, why would I lower my prices? I just drop domains I don't like anymore (recently many "everyday" names due to the economy), not their prices, except for one stupid experiment when I priced everything in a certain bucket at $299 and sold nothing.

As long as the initial price was realistic and alights with market values, the only time a price should be dropped is during the negotiating process, leveraged as a tool to close the deal faster.

Unless of course, one is having financial hardship, then one may liquidate at a discounted rate to get out of debt. But then, one should be investing into domains if they are on the verge of financial distress.
