Whats the difference between "Landrush" and "GoLive"

I was going to register a new domain and when checking out it asked what type..either Landrush or GoLive...what is the difference between the two? I notice there is a price difference and golive is a little cheaper...

Sunrise for TM holders -> Landrush anyone can apply for domains (new extensions generally use auctions to determine who gets the domain and high application fees above what the reg fee will be once it goes live) -> Go Live (first come first serve, lower reg fees)

In Landrush period anyone can apply for premium domains at premium price. Registry may choose to auction off domains in private If more than 2 applicants for same. (This trend is initiated by .Asia registry, before it was first come first severed) Good domains mostly registered in this period.

Golive is the period open for public domain registration on first come first serve basis.
