.in is becoming more popular in the long run and quckly becoming accepted.

Can anyone tell me the best place to register both .co.in and .in?

I'm in the US (and new to the game) and I'm looking for a reputable, trusted registrar that offers a good price.

I know .in can be registered at GoDaddy and many others but what about .co.in? I'd like to register both from the some place.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I got mine through Moniker

Most reliable place would probably be Moniker. Directi resellers are the least expensive -- around $4 for the first year; $14 for renewals.

Thank you for the quick responses. I really appreciate it!

Moniker looks good but my head is spinning from trying to understand Directi Resellers. I've read and reread and don't understand how to buy a simple domain. I don't understand their system. $3.69 for an .in or .co.in seems great but I don't get all the resellerclub and slab stuff.

Here's what I suggest. Do a search for .in sales threads here at Namepros (and other domain forums too). Figure out what the top two or three registrars are. Investigate those.

Nature evolves to the most simple yet effective and efficient design - always.
Semantics included.

That said I like both .co.in and .in as it is the fundamentals of India that count more.

.in is better as it is easy to pronounce."DOT IN"
co.in sounds okay(COIN) but people tend to say "DOT CO DOT IN" rather than COIN
