Cheap .co.in and .in registrations

I am looking to register a few .co.in and .in domains.
Where can I get best deal?

I have seen Domainsite offering $13.99 for both .co.in and .in
Mitsu.in for $8.3 co.in, but .in is costlier than domainsite.

Any other good cheap registrars out there?

Whiz.in is what most people at namepros use. $12.79 .in and $6.79 .co.in I believe. I think they charge you for using Paypal and credit cards however.
