First and foremost I would take the google adsense ads off your site otherwise you are going to get your account banned.

That being said, I think the name is good and works with the dot us extension. If it were me and someone contacted me, I would try and get them to make me an offer first, but, personally, I would try to get around $1,000 dollars.

If I were to give an offer for the site it would be much much much lower because I am not an enduser.
