Hi Pros,

I'm new to domain flipping. I have a domain name (I don't want to say the domain name here so it's not indexed by Search Engines -- not readable by potential buyers)

The domain is a city and the word "loan"
so: citynameloan.com (replace cityname with a city in the US with 250,000 population)

What would you do with the domain name if you were me:
1. Install Wordpress and sell to local businesses who offer loans
2. Create a website with my own content and keep it
3. Sell the domain as-is on auctions (just the domain)
4. Park the domain

My background is web design for small businesses. I know digital marketing, SEO, etc.

How would you monetize this domain? Thanks
