We already have the 3character price guide for LLL.coms

But what do you think would be the minimum selling price for a pure CVCV.com (I'm not taking Y as a vowel)? Say, what should a name like QoXo.com (not mine, just an example) be able to sell for in the reseller market?

Depends on the combination of your CVCV or VCVC, is it pronounceable?

My VCVC Anaz.com is pronounceable and made it up to $1200 on a solo auction here at name pros just a few weeks ago. I think something like XoQi.com might not do as well.

If you can say it, and others can repeat it and spell it back to you; you've got the "IT" factor.

Qoxo.com has low value because an O cannot follow a Q.

I have purchased myself a good serie of readable and pronounceable CVCV.com in forums, SEDO and through direct deals and the average range is $500 to $1500
My feeling is you can sell such names 5 to 15K if you know be patient and wait for the good end user. But this may be 3 months as many years of waitting.
A lot of domainers cannot or don't want to wait this is why the average sale price is so low. Plus they advertise these names (when the do it) mainly to domainers and not to potential end user buyers.

True. For something like QOXO.com you would be buying simply for the fact that it is a CVCV.com rather than for end-user potential.

p.s. Nice domain in your sig cybertonic!

High Grade CVCV.com: $1000+
Med Grade CVCV.com: $300+
Low Grade CVCV.com: $70+

Examples of high grade: HAME.com, NUNU.com, FINA.com, DAPY.com
Examples of med grade: XULI.com, NUKY.com, QOMO.com*, PYXO.com
Examples of low grade: HUQY.com, NUYY.com, XYNU.com, QYZY.com

*Not sure if it is low or medium grade but I'm tending towards medium grade.
