Hi
I am very new to parking... I have some experience in the domain side of things now I wouldn't call myself a "newbie" now....
I have one domain that appears to be receiving clicks and traffic, albeit low volumes. I think this year it may make back it's reg fee, which I appreciate won't make me a profit however.
What I would like to know is, will the below criteria be enough to work with when selecting domains to park? Not in any order;
Another question is;
As an example, let's say I have a .co.uk domain that now earns $100 per year, is it fair to appraise the domain based on its parking revenue and if so how could you do this?
i.e - multiply it's yearly revenue by 3, for 3 years or something like that?

- Exact Searches (I use Valuate(.).com)
- Google Trends
- Backlinks (I am very inexperienced in this at the moment)
- Keywords
- I can imagine myself typing the domain straight into my browser
