It is about the domain listed price in the Brandable marketplaces, not buying cost.

Still, you may have a chance to sell higher price than the list price from market place.
I bought a name here for $20, SH approved and listed for $2,000.
I ended up sell to an end user for $20,000

Beside the listing price means nothing until you have a buyer.

Still we are talking about listed price not approved price.
As you know, if you list a domain in a Brandable marketplace, you can't sell it outside that marketplace.
