haha - Great point Cyberian.

In case they ARE watching - My answer was uhhhh... up to $100 and it was only once!

Can we have the coder/developer just block their IP address?

Some of these sales are unbelievable,
2 already up to $50K, 1 up to $100k, 1 up to $250k, and 1 all the way up to $500k!

If you arent shy like me, I would love to hear some of THOSE stories! :)

Some of these sales are probably as a broker and not as an owner.

Still impressive but very different.

Some of these are as seller AND broker :)

If I sold a name at $500K? I'm sorry, but you wouldn't see me here again.

The most I've ever sold a domain was for $4,750 USD. I selected up to $5,000.

I would love to see the domain name that went for $500k, but yet again it's not that much of a shock. My buddy, Just sold his domain (but everything with it also) Justachat.com not even 3 years ago? For over a million. Brent became rich of a domain :)

Haha I agree... But my buddy Brent he actually still even visits his old domain (it's a Adult/Teen/General Chat community) he still comes in and stop's in and chats with different members.

After he sold it, they wended up changing alot of things that he didn't agree to, so he opened up another one which was crazy, called JungleSpot and now it's just more of a 'small community', but still brings in enough money for him and he's still quite active even after selling his million dollar domain & chat haha :)

I chose the "up to 25K" category, which may look sort-of impressive, but it was an LLL.com that cost me high X,XXX & sold for low XX,XXX, so I didn't exactly make a killing. My next highest ones would have been "up to 5K".

... and let's hope anyone reporting their domain sales as capital gains taxed at 0% were doing the right thing. There has always been debate over that.

It'll be a great day when I sell my first domain for 500k +

A profit of XX,XXX on an X,XXX domain looks like a killing to me :)

$55

It is also the only domain name I have ever sold.

Not more than a $1000 - unfortunately :P.

for me personally its more interesting to read stories from people making constantly 5k - 10K each month with domains, rather than one lucky sale for 500.000.

i like the hard, but achievable way, not the attention-grabbing "lets hope to win the lotto" way :)

I chose up to 500$, it happened probably 3 or 4 times. That more than 10,000$ will come! :D

I sold one $XX purchase for $10,000 last year. I approached the buyer.

Unless you were buying generic domains in the mid to late 1990's, or have a huge bankroll, this is how you make it today.
