Should I buy the most expensive domain?

What would happen if I clicked accept for $9,999,999,999,999 USD

I wonder if it would break the system kind of like Gangnam Style did to YouTube

Picture0011.png

I was the bidder on the domain, I was having fun knowing he would not accept.

Worst case I would have owned the most expensive domain in history at a bargain price :xf.laugh:

@KINGOF.TOP would be pretty annoyed having to go head to head with the real most expensive domain ever purchased for the bargain price of $150 USD :ROFL::ROFL:

what if weed grows on the top, isn't that the highest?

weedweedweedweedweedweedweedweedweed...weed.top

must be the highest and most expensive domain.

There is a domain that beats the most expensive and is available to register.
Only 20 characters.

It's.......BusinessInsuranceSex.com
Estibot cannot give it a value because it's priceless.

For your all information,

it's important to knowww that the most expensive domain of all time must fullfill 3 criterias:

1.) It must end with the highest possible TLD /// .top
2.)
It must contain the highest possible number of the highest possible superlative /// 21, 'top'
3.) It must have the highest possible number of characters /// 63

Only if those 3 criterias matching, it is the most expensive domain of all time.

This should now avoid all the confusion here.

the "c" in com comes before the "t" in top so your hypothesis is flawed.
There can be no other than.....

1.) It must end with the highest possible TLD /// .com
2.) It must contain the highest possible number of the highest possible superlative /// 21, 'com'
3.) It must have the highest possible number of characters /// 63

I hope that straightens it up

If you keep arguing you will be shat upon by the Almighty Angry Pigeon!!

As you may have not realized, on the keybord, the letters T / O / P for .top are placed in the top-letter-row, even in the right order (from left to right):

... [Q] [W] [E] [R] [T] [Y/Z] [U] [I] [O] [P] ...
... [2nd row, OTHER KEYS]
...
... [Z / Y]
[X] [C] [V] [B] [N] [M] ...

But only 66,66... % (or only 2 of 3 letters) of the letters C / O* / M (namely the C & the M) for .com are just in the below-letter-row (!) of the keyboard while only 33.33... % (or only 1* of 3 letters) of them (namely the O*) are in the top-letter-row as you can see above (and on your keyboard).

* .com even borrows the O from .top

I hope this will bring back the realityyy

1. fact:

Anybody who types in a existing or non existing domain name directly into the URL bar (for example: ‘example’)

and then press CTRL+ENTER, he/she automatically will come to the .COM version of the name,

which he/she have typed in.

unnamed.jpg

2. fact:

If you search at www.whois.com for the WHOIS,

you only must type in the domainname (for example: ‘example’) and then press enter.

It search also automatically the .COM version

Ok, but don't you know the top fact???

THE TOP FACT
On nearly every website you can find a link which says:

'(Go / bring me to the) top.'

Example:

upload_2017-7-9_14-16-37.png

Colorized / marked screenshot of the below part of the website of the domain https://www.namepros.com

So what you want with 'your' .com???

THE TOP FACT

On nearly every website you can find a link which says:

(Go to the) top.

And those bring you to the top of the website and in most cases those websites are .com's

I rest my case :xf.smile:

If this carries on this forum's name will be changed to TrollPros.

I know what's going through the Mod's minds. "Freedom of speech."
But come on. This is Namepros.

Better to create a Troll section.

Nothing against you Frank as you're just going with the flow, this was directed at @KINGOF.TOP, Jerome (I think that's what his name is).

Best,
Sanwal

Yes, as you said, it 'brings you to the top of the website' (...).

Result:
In every case it uses the term top to brings you to the top - no matter on which TLD the website is based.

So just another pigeonish try to make the .com .top...

HaHa, I see your point but sometimes a touch of fun can lighten up a day when other things don't quite go your way.

Believe it or not though the x21.com.com was a legitimate bid.... his website impressed me enough for me to say that he has a point. The advertising if that site goes viral would be intense.

x21top.top is a takeoff from the original and they are two brothers who have an intense rivalry.

All in all I do find it amusing and as long as it's contained in a topic that clearly engages it then there should be no real problems. There are a enough serious and informative posts on namePros that an occasional light hearted thread should not cause any big issues.

No rivalry possible from my view because I know top is top & no 'takeoff' (haha) because top doesn't need any 'takeoffs' (haha) because top is / was already top.
It's just fun for me (and I assume for many others) to watch all those pigeonish tryings to top the top.

@king112233
Believe it or not - this all is part of our (yes, our) current domaining reality (for some more, for some less) and has nothing to do with 'trolling'.
As you can see, it has indeed a 'real background'.
It's serious but 'handled with humor'.
