What is the highest you've ever sold a 3-character .net for?

I was curious so I made this thread. A few years back, I sold a domain, 7nn.net, at NP for $80. That's not a lot of money but for a 3-character.net, that was NICE. That got me to wondering: What is the most you've ever sold a CCC.net for? Post your sold CCC.net's below. I'm curious to see if anyone's gotten higher than $80 for a single one.
