As others mentioned -- really need to know your definition of "Cheap" and also "Good Letters"

One site I like for information is:
ShortNames.com

Then I look at actual SALES (where you can filter by types of 4-Letter names such as Western Premium, Chinese Premium, Letter Patterns, letters in specific locations, etc...)

NOTE: They also list other things such as Auctions, Fixed Price, Make Offer, etc...

VCVC depends on the name if its like equv.com I would not buy if you are trying to sell to end users
