What is the best way to buildup your domain Whois info?

I added "This domain is for sale" in most of my domain whois info expect some TM issue domains,how about you?

Now , I feel "This domain is for sale" is not a good signboard,but I have to write some info on it for buyers......

Is there a good way to write some usefuly info for potential buyers in whois info?

i think what sedo does on whois info is just what you did

I always check the whois before considering the purchase of a name and I think many other people would do the same.
So it doesn't hurt to show in the whois that the domain might be for sale, especially it it is not parked or used actively. Potential buyers might be put off if they see that the domain is being used for some purpose already.
But I would rather put "This domain *MAY* be for sale"
