Can somebody tell me what is registrar lock?

Registrar Lock is a feature that locks all of the information in a domain record at the Registry so that it cannot be modified.

When active, Registrar Lock prevents a domain name from being transferred, deleted and/or modified by a third party. When you make changes to your domain record from within your Master Account, the system will unlock your domain name to submit the changes to the Registry. Once those changes have been made, Registrar Lock will be activated again.

After the new domain transfer rules is it very important always to have the register lock on. Remember to lock the domain(s) after any changes.
