Hi guys,

I have a few high search names with a hyphen.

On the free wordtracker tool they show @ 2500/day for the keyword phrase.

the names are .com and a .info

It is related to real estate industry.

I am wondering what is the strategy to use these names?

develop, blog, park sell?

also the estibot valuation have them at 1K a piece. I know it is just a tool but judging from closed auctions and sales it is good for a ballpark range.

As an aside question it seems there is a lot of preference among domainers for type in traffic type names.

I am wondering if it is better to rank good in a search engine with a good keyword domain?

Thank you?

More than the ranking, traffic is what counts. What is the traffic that your domain name receives? If it receives a good amount of visitors, I would recommend you to develop it into a website and place relevant Ads (Cost per click ads, or pop-up ads) on it to earn extra revenue. If it doesn't receive much, I'd recommend just parking it to earn extra revenue.

Thanks!

I was leaning in that direction.

I probably do a community type site with one of the free cms platforms.
