www keyword com - Google Search

I was doing a search on the Google Adwords Keyword tool. I typed in a popular keyword to see what people are searching for with this keyword and one thing that I saw was "www keyword com" and it had an average ranking in the six digits.
Am I correct to assume that when someone does a search for www.keyword.com that Google sees it as three words?
Also, if they do, wouldn't it be good to register wwwkeyword.com or wwwkeywordcom.com?

Just wondering.
