.us What do city.us names go for?

Does anyone know the value of a city name .us? For instance, clearwater.us or something? I know of a name with about 78million google results but am unsure if it's worth reg'ing and trying to sell. any thoughts?

Does population play a big effect?

Population always plays a key role in city domains. The more people in a city, the more people that would theoretically be going to the site. The exception would be a small city that is a large tourist destination as then the potential traffic is people that are going TO that city instead of people that are FROM that city.
