I personally research - as a start - both Google and Whois.sc, in that order! :gl:
The main thing with End user marketings is actually doing it consistently ... rather than discussing it, in my experience. Repetition will take it from there, and good phone skills, while not necessarily a "must", are a definite advantage for follow up's and sales completions, as well. :talk:
