I just signed into my bros account with bluehost to try some osCommerce stuff out and I quickly realised the host I've been using realllllly sucks big time.

Bluehost is awesome compared to what i've been using. Can anyone say they've had even better experiences elsewhere?

Or does anyone have anything bad to say about bluehost? because so far im planning on transferring to them.

To be a little more specific:
Good for a small store/databases
No more than 15 dollars a month.
at least 2gb traffic allowance
at least 250 mb of storage.
RELIABLE

and.. im not sure what else...

Here is some feedback from some of their customers which may help in your decision:

From experience, I'd recommend to decide on a host based on your actual usage/requirements and not one that tend to oversells by providing massive space/bandwidth for a lower price. Since your stated budget and requirements seem reasonable, try to do a little more research before settling on a host (eg. email various sales dept's, ask questions, etc.)

Best of luck in your search!

Hello.
I have seen offer section here. I suggest you look it through and take public dialogue with your potential hoster.
